How Nationwide Shipping Works
Dos Lobos Ranch can ship qualifying frozen meat products to eligible addresses in the lower 48 states. Shipping availability depends on the product, order size, destination, weather, carrier service, and current store settings.

What Can Be Shipped
Not every ranch product, bundle, live animal, or seasonal item is suitable for parcel shipping. The online store is the current source of truth for shippable inventory. Product availability also depends on harvest schedules and freezer stock.
The most difficult cuts to ship are the larger cuts such as whole turkeys. Shippable turkeys are generally birds under 15 lbs. Anything over that requires pick up and will not be listed in inventory viewable to customers who set their delivery method to shipping service.
Frozen Packaging and Carrier Timing
Orders are packed to protect frozen product during the expected transit window and are scheduled to reduce avoidable weekend delays (in other words, we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays). Carrier timing is an estimate, not a guarantee; severe heat, storms, holidays, remote destinations, and service disruptions can affect delivery.
Should an order delivery ever arrive damaged, completely thawed, or severely delayed, please contact us immediately via the phone number listed in your tracking information email for your order. We include insurance with every order placed in the price to protect both us and our customers.
Receiving and Storing Your Order
Track the shipment, bring the package inside promptly, inspect the contents, and move meat to a freezer or refrigerator according to its condition and your cooking plan. Open any and all included insulation bags! A recipient does not need to sign, so the customer is responsible for providing a secure, accurate delivery address.
Delays, Damage and Local Alternatives
If a shipment appears delayed or arrives with a problem, photograph the unopened package and product condition and contact us promptly with the order information. North Texas customers may have more economical options through local same-day delivery or farmers markets. Otherwise, shop products currently eligible for shipping. On the farm pickup is always available and we try to be flexible with your schedule.
