A Seasonal North Texas Thanksgiving Turkey
Dos Lobos Ranch offers whole Thanksgiving turkeys seasonally in limited quantities. All of our birds are raised with outdoor access. A portion of them are fed corn-free, soy-free, flax-free, non-GMO feed for those looking for special dietary needs and the rest are raised on non-GMO corn & soy included feed. Reservations open only when the season, flock, processing schedule, and pickup plan are confirmed.
What Pasture-Raised Means for Turkeys
Pasture gives turkeys room for movement, sunlight, fresh air, and natural behavior. It does not eliminate the need for balanced supplemental nutrition, clean water, shelter, predator protection, and close daily management.
Sizing and Reservation Planning
Live animals do not finish at one exact weight. Reservation information should explain the expected range, deposit or payment terms, estimated final price, pickup window, and what happens if the processed weight differs from the estimate.
Pickup, Delivery and Holiday Timing
Holiday poultry requires coordinated processing, cold storage, and customer pickup or delivery. Follow the instructions attached to the current offering. Do not assume that ordinary weekly routes or nationwide shipping apply to every turkey reservation.
Shipped turkeys must be 15 lbs. or under. Anything larger needs to be picked up at the farm or delivered via same-day local courier. Multiple turkeys may be ordered, but shipping multiple turkeys will require extra shipping charges.

Can I choose an exact turkey weight?
You may be able to state a preferred range, but the final processed weight of a live-grown bird cannot be guaranteed exactly.
Are Thanksgiving turkeys shipped nationwide?
Do not assume shipping is available. The current turkey listing states the approved pickup, delivery, or shipping methods for that season.
