Place and Confirm Your Order
Order through the store or follow the instructions on the applicable reservation. Confirm the order number, pickup method, date, time window, and any balance due. A store confirmation alone may not establish an unscheduled arrival time.
Bring Appropriate Cold Storage
Frozen meat should travel in clean coolers, insulated bags, or containers appropriate for the distance and weather. Larger bundles and hog shares may require multiple coolers or substantial vehicle space.
Arrival and Ranch Biosecurity
Use the directions supplied with the confirmed pickup and remain in the designated customer area. Do not enter livestock areas, open gates, approach animals, or bring pets without permission. These boundaries protect customers, animals, and ranch biosecurity.
The gate will be shut. Call us when you arrive (do not text... we might not hear you depending upon what we're doing on the ranch). We'll let you in and get your order to you!
