Dos Lobos Ranch raises Kunekune pigs for flavorful, well-marbled pork and useful pasture function. Our production system combines outdoor access, rotational management, careful breeding decisions, and transparent feed standards.
Feed standard: Our pigs receive corn-free, soy-free, flax-free, non-GMO supplemental feed.
Individual availability may include chops, roasts, ground pork, sausage, bacon, ribs, organ meat, or specialty cuts. Inventory changes after each harvest, so the store—not a static list—is the current source of truth.
Bundles provide a convenient mix of cuts. Whole and half hog shares offer a larger supply and may provide more customization when scheduled. Learn how buying a hog works and review current hog-share information.
Customers may order through local Dallas–Fort Worth delivery, scheduled pickup, farmers markets, or qualifying lower-48 shipping. Available fulfillment methods depend on the product and destination.

Kunekune pork is valued for rich flavor and useful marbling, though the cut, diet, age, processing, and cooking method all affect the final result.
Pigs are not ruminants and should not be described like grass-finished cattle. Our Kunekunes use pasture and receive balanced supplemental feed that excludes corn, soy, flax, and GMO ingredients.
Hog shares are offered when harvest schedules and reservations allow. Check the hog-share page for current details.
We offer local delivery across much of DFW and qualifying shipping options. Eligibility depends on the order and destination.
